I was able to attend the “High Level Political Forum on Sustainability and Development” representing Hallmark International Youth Club (Hallmark USA) and the High Level Political Forum Youth Group. I got the opportunity to meet activists from around the world who are passionate about development, climate change and women’s empowerment. I was also able to meet and negotiate with UN officials, International Ministers and Scholars on finding different ways to prevent the climate crisis ,  inequality to occur and to increase climate education for women. I was also able to collaborate with other NGO’s on finding different ways to increase resources for women around the world, who are experiencing sexual abuse and discrimination. I also took part in a meeting that focuses on the funding for climate change organizations and what our governments can do about it. The alliance has never been stronger, each nation is willing to give their contribution on the prevention of the climate crisis and the prevention of gender discrimination. I was also able to meet some fellow members from The United Nations Association of The United States of America. To develop policy and give recommendations for the "Human Rights Foreign Policy" of the US. As long as we the youth keep working together on fulfilling the SDG agenda, then nothing is impossible to achieve. It was great that the UN decided to invite the youth to take part in the summit. Which made each citizen to have the opportunity to share their ideas and to take part in policy development. I am glad that youth participation has continuously grown stronger. But the work is not finished, let’s continue the work on empowering youth and to inspire women to become leaders of this world.
